What are the prerequisites for admission?

To make sure our program is the right fit, we’ll ask a few questions about your medical and mental health history during the admissions process. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.

We require a referral from a healthcare provider to begin the admissions process. If you’re not sure how to get started, feel free to contact us–we’re happy to guide you through the steps and help connect you with the right support.

You’ll meet with our clinical team for a gentle, supportive assessment. We’ll review your treatment plan together and help you get settled into your space.

Our rooms are warm and comfortable, with both private and shared (two-person) options. Each room has its own bathroom and beautiful views of the natural surroundings.

The Centre is located in a peaceful, natural setting, designed to help you feel calm and grounded as you focus on addiction recovery.

Bring comfortable clothes, personal care items, any medications you’re currently taking, and a few approved personal belongings. We’ll send you a detailed packing list before you arrive.

Yes–things like alcohol, non-prescribed substances, weapons, and certain electronics are not allowed. You’ll receive a full list of items to avoid before admission.

We understand that everyone’s needs are different. Your ability to leave the Centre will be based on your treatment plan and discussed with the team during your admission.

Your days will include individual and group therapy, wellness activities, nutritious meals, and time for personal reflection. Every part of the day is designed to support your healing.

Yes. Quiet time is an important part of healing. You’ll have space in your day to rest, reflect, or simply enjoy the outdoors.

Yes, we have designated areas where smoking and vaping are permitted during set times.

Definitely. Staying connected with your support system is important. We’ll work with you to arrange communication and visit times.

Our programs typically run up to 90 days. If you feel you need more time, we can discuss options for an extension.
